Clark Horgan

Clark Horgan joined McCarthy Capital in 2007. His primary responsibilities include complex financial valuations, company and industry analysis, and the structuring and execution of private equity investments and financings. Prior to joining McCarthy Capital, Clark worked for York Label, Inc., Warburg Pincus, and Sares – Regis Group in private equity, real estate development, and M&A transactions.  He received his B.A. from Pepperdine University and M.B.A. from the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School.
