Patrick J. Duffy

Patrick J. Duffy, age 40, is a Managing Partner with McCarthy Capital. Before joining McCarthy Capital in 2007, Mr. Duffy was a partner with Fraser Stryker where his legal practice focused on corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Duffy’s prior experience includes serving as general counsel at 360networks, an international telecommunications company, and as a law clerk to the Honorable C. Arlen Beam, United States Court of Appeals Judge for the Eighth Circuit. Mr. Duffy serves on the board of directors of Bearence Management Group, Benaissance, CoSentry.net, LLC, SKC Communication Products, LLC and Life Care Services LLC. Mr. Duffy earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctor degree (summa cum laude) from Creighton School of Law.
