Phillip Dudley
Phillip Dudley joined McCarthy Capital in 2009. His primary responsibilities include complex financial valuations, company and industry analysis, and the structuring and execution of private equity investments and financings. Prior to joining McCarthy Capital, Phillip worked for five years in private equity and investment banking at Alta Communications and Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. He received his B.A. from Lafayette College.
