McCarthy Group, LLC invests its capital directly through the Funds that are managed by McCarthy Capital Corporation.
Management
Mike McCarthy is the Chairman of McCarthy Group, LLC (MGL). In 1986, Mike and Rich Jarvis founded McCarthy Group, Inc. which began as a business to manage money, broker businesses and make investments. As the company grew, an investment bank and an asset management business were formed. In 2001, the company started a publicly traded mutual fund, and in 2002, McCarthy Capital Corporation (the current operating arm of McCarthy Group, LLC) was formed to discover, make and manage investments in private and small public companies. Mr. McCarthy serves on numerous corporate boards as well as Omaha community boards.
